Situation:      
Concordia had a customer who was designing a key component of an air bag for BMW.   This customer's problem was that the yarns being used cut themselves as they rubbed against each other in the manufacturing process and when the airbag deployed.

Results:
Concordia developed a yarn that offered both the strength and flexibility required to meet BMW's requirements.
